05/06/12 Review

I decided it was time to wear the Body Media again.  Time to keep a sharp eye on calories in and calories out.

Day 1:

 

CRAZY day.  Sundays will always be because its my long run day and there is no way I am going to come close to only having a 1000 calorie deficit.

I am not sure how to work this honestly and hoping it will take me just a few days to get back on track and start seeing the scale go down again.

My goal is to have 1000 deficit a day for 2 pounds a week loss.

Do you use any of the electronic tools to help you stay on track?   Body bugg?  Body Media?  Calorie aps?

    I was thinking of using Kaiser Permanente’s or the one from the American Heart Association. I don’t know if I’ll really keep up with it. I use my wall calendar to keep track.

    Thank you for the reminder … I need to strap mine back on, just knowing its there will help me.
