It was a good day.
Woke up an went and weighed in. Down .5. I will take it.
Headed home for some oats and a banana and spent morning with kids.
Took Kellie to the art store so she could get a few things for her AP Art class
Then we went to Union Block, had a coffee and saw a friend! Liam had a donut and I did not take one bite! SUCCESS
I got a call from my sister wanting to get a pedi, who was I to deny and not throw a mani in too …..
Went to the local meat market for some ground buffalo and headed home to throw lunch together

Downloaded some new and old tunes. I really need to update my playlists
and then headed out to date night (im lame and got no pics of us but did NOT forget to photograph the food!)

A successful night and loaded for long run tomorrow. Rain or shine (most likely rain cause DUH I live in Oregon) I will be hitting the pavement and cant wait!
