Yea… you read that right .. Dolvett RT’d me.   We are now officially BFF’s in case you were wondering!

So glad that Biggest Loser has started back.  I spent the first hour in tears with the stories.  I have a feeling its going to be a great season!

Ok back to reality …

Monday, beginning of year, end of quarter, year end results to be gone through and many goals and trackers to be made.   Let the craziness at work begin.    I am bound and determined to stay as balanced as I can.  I can do it!

I started my new “plan” today.  I am going to try something new … nto try anything but use what I know is to be true with the guidance of people who know what is best.

No diets, no crazy plans, no starving.  Real food, moderation, common sense and REALITY.  I will take it slow with only a small weekly goal.  I will eliminate more processed foods and I will add water but I will not stress about it.  I will LIVE.

My favorite part of the new plan … glass of red wine a night!  SCORE!   Keep me satisfied, not feeling deprived, and HAPPY.

What a concept, a plan that isnt really a “plan” but a lifestyle that I can live with and be satisfied.    I am excited for a fresh start.

I am not able to run yet but I can walk so I did a brisk 3 miles in under an hour and feel amazing.  So excited to feel my quads burn and cannot wait for two more weeks when I can pound the pavement a little more.    Its hard to walk.  I kept wanting to just “try” but I behaved and enjoyed the beautiful night with Kellie and Gracee (who both went to their respective corners and passed out).

A good day indeed!

    For your lifestyle, don’t forget forgiveness. I don’t think you forgive yourself enough for not being perfect. You work really hard, you do a fabulous job and you should be very very proud of the life you have built around you.
