Today I was giddy! So giddy that I am skipping Three Things Thursday and going to tell you all about it!
Work has been crazy .. yes again … we have visitors coming next week …yes again …. so I had a week full of power point creation and meetings back to back.
The one positive to all that is I never have time to snack. The negative … I have 4 eating “events” next week SO FAR. Everything is not booked out yet so hoping that will be all.
I need to channel some inner strength, its going to be HARD. Fancy restaurants in Portland and fattening foods all around me. Maybe if I start now, I can talk myself into some will power!
Back to why I was giddy today.
It was my friday and I had my FIRST EVER speed workout via HILL REPEATS!
I couldnt wait to see if I could do it! We were looking for my max heart rate and I think I found it
I called Kellie on way home and told her to get her running shoes on. I couldnt talk her into doing the hills with me but did the warm up and cool down.
She took the camera with her.
