Today was my 3 week check up after surgery. My surgeon was VERY impressed with how I am recovering and gave me complete clearance to start working out. I have to start slow and I have to LISTEN to my body but I can start walking this week. Next week I can start walking/jogging and if I am not sore I can start running the following. I will be able to do virtually anything that isnt “bouncy” after next week. HELLO yoga!
I have one word for you:
SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEL!!!!!
She also let me know that I have lost 23 pounds in the 3 weeks. WHO does that (that does not work with Bob or Dolvett)? I DO!!! I expect as the swelling continues to go I will lose a bit more but then regulate. Thats a total of 162 from my highest weight for those of you who are counting.
She took some photos and then gave me a copy. Its un believable and while I had to thing twice about posting publicly, I remember people show their mid drifs all the time .. they just dont normally look like mine did
They are not the best quality because I did the old “take a picture of a picture” trick, but it gives you an idea
I cant wait to get my thighs and arms done but that will wait until next year and when I am at my complete goal!

| Still some swelling obviously, but still amazing! |

You are a very brave woman…first, to change your life so wonderfully and healthily by changing old patterns and second, for posting midriff pictures! Getting to exercise in your new incarnation will be INCREDIBLE!
